The gift of Wisdom and Insight
I would have closed out 2023 with this subject matter. Life brought some challenges to me, and if you saw the short sentences but heard the music I included last week, you know in each challenge there is a Hallelujah.
For me that Hallelujah is the internal Wisdom that is ours – always. Some call it intuition, some call it common sense. I call it the beautiful wisdom available in each and every moment to everyone – no exceptions. In each challenge there is an opportunity for simultaneous awareness- that is- we see the experience we are having, and we see the hand of Spirit through it all. That was my experience – I was challenged, I was in some pain, and I was given direction, guidance, consolation and Love.
This is a new level for me to realize that there is something in each and every person, and in each and every experience that is far beyond the circumstances of life. It is more certain that a Swiss watch- all we must do is relax, let our momentary scary thinking drop – take a breath and there it is. In each moment we have a friend beyond compare.
Take a breath right now and, focus on this moment. Notice you are safe, you are warm, and most especially you are loved. Amplify that feeling of love by 100 and dwell there for a moment. That is wisdom in action -always generated by your true self- always beyond any circumstance or event – never absent. Marinate in this gift today – join me in the journey to new insights in 2023.
